Poverty affects social life and labor markets around the world, even in developed economies. Although the overall level of life, especially in the poorest regions, has steadily improved since 1990, poverty is taking new structural forms and equally shocking. Having a job, for example, is no longer a guarantee of living. Poor or insufficient employment workers may be in a situation of inability to pay, even with demanding work and often informal.
