Protection of privacy
By providing us with your personal data, you give us explicit consent to enter it in the association’s file and use it for purposes consistent with our aims, as defined by the association’s Statutes, namely managing the contact lists of the association in particular. Subject to your prior agreement, the association will contact you to inform you regularly about its activities.
B- Access to personal data
Your data is stored in the file of the association, as defined in Article 1, §3 of the Act of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy in relation to the processing of personal data.
For the execution of certain tasks (technical maintenance of the website, assistance during mailings…), the association turns to third parties. These then have access to your personal data, but temporarily and without being able to make any other use than that inherent to their position.
The association may have to disclose your personal data upon request of a legal authority, in good faith considering that this action is required to comply with any law or regulation in force. The association may also be required to disclose such data to intervene, under extreme circumstances, to protect the personal security of the users of the website or the public.
C- Rights of individuals concerned
In accordance with the Act of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy in relation to the processing of personal data, any person who has rendered his or her personal data has the right to consult data concerning him or her, to rectify inaccurate data and to object to its use.
