The National Agency for Employment and Self-Employment “ANETI” is organizing, under the aegis of the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training, the first Job Fair for people with disabilities on Wednesday June 21, 2023 at the International Center for the Advancement of People with Disabilities in Gammarth.

The event is organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Social Affairs and in partnership with the Tunisian Association of Communications and Technology TACT, Humanité et Inclusion HI as well as the Italian League of Friends Raoul Follereau AIFO and the French Development Agency AFD.

This job dating event highlights equal opportunities and the valuing of disabled people on the job market, representing a significant step towards a more inclusive and equitable Tunisian society.

A total of 215 companies will be taking part, with 626 job offers submitted. The industrial sector is the most represented, with 348 job offers, followed by the information and communications technology sector, with 118 vacancies. Over 40% of the opportunities are aimed at higher education graduates.

60 companies will be on hand to conduct selection interviews with disabled jobseekers, while offering everyone the chance to obtain answers tailored to each situation and qualification. Prior to the event, disabled job seekers will have benefited from personalized support, soft skills training sessions, information sessions and job search techniques.

An exhibition and sales area for products from several associations working to promote the disabled will be available to guests.
