Developing intercultural skills to improve cooperation

In an international context where public employment services are increasingly collaborating across borders, intercultural competence is no longer a mere bonus: it has become essential for working effectively, avoiding misunderstandings and building strong professional relationships.

With this in mind, WAPES organised its second intercultural training seminar in Brussels from 14 to 16 April, bringing together professionals from different continents with a shared aim: to gain a better understanding of how cultures influence perceptions, communication and ways of working together.
