We are pleased to announce the launch of our first two webinars dedicated to “WAPES Public Employment Services”.
Join us for these upcoming PES briefings and save the dates in your diaries.
The first webinar will be dedicated to the presentation of the Dutch Public Employment Service, the UWV, and will take place on September 4 from 2:00 to 3:00 pm (CET).
The second webinar will be hosted by our Turkish colleagues, iŞKUR, on October 4 from 2:00 to 3:00 pm CET.

Niels Lieman is a versatile professional with extensive experience in hotel management, employment services, and pensions. He has a background in hotel management, online marketing, and change management, and has held diverse roles at the Dutch Public Employment Service (UWV) for the past 13 years, including employer services, online service development, HR, and social medical affairs.
Since 2020, Niels has been responsible for international relations, where he eagerly learns from other countries’ practices to enhance employment services. His commitment to making a positive impact, combined with his leadership and financial expertise within the UWV Pension Fund, drives his contributions to both the public and private sectors.
