Fayçal Larabi
Director of Organisation and Regulation of the Employment Market·Agence Nationale de l’Emploi (ANEM)
Mr Fayçal Larabi, specialist in employment market management, joined ANEM in 1988, where he has held several positions of responsibility at local and central level (Head of Local Employment Annex, Head of Wilaya Employment Branch, Head of Department, Deputy Director, Central Director).
He has led several projects to develop and modernise ANEM’s services, such as the project to modernise the management of the employment market and the project to develop user services.
He has also been involved in several international cooperation programmes and projects, including the PASEA programme and the P3A twinning project.
He currently leads the Directorate for the Organisation and Regulation of the Labour Market, which is responsible for organising employment services and developing methods for managing the employment market.
