Dr. A lawyer and public–private management expert, she brings over 25 years of experience in employment, social responsibility, and sustainable development. At the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (MTPE), she led national programs such as Impulsa Perú and Perú Responsable. She has also worked with international organizations (ILO, IOM, IDB, Helvetas) on projects related to higher education, employment promotion, productive initiatives, gender equality, and business & human rights. She is a university professor at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, teaching Business Law, Corporate Law, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Sustainable Development.
