Dr. Dorit Griga works as Senior Manager of International Relations at the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) in the Labour Market/Unemployment Insurance division. She has a background in the Social Sciences. Prior to working at SECO, she was employed as Executive Secretary of the Scholarship Concordat at the Swiss Conference of Cantonal Ministers of Education where she was also involved in a project to adjust the financing of higher education institutions. Moreover, she worked at the Swiss University for Vocational Education and Training and in the Department of Sociology of Education at the University of Bern.

Martin Gasser works as a Scientific Advisor at the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) in the Labour Market/Unemployment Insurance division. His main tasks include performance management, steering and strategy development for the Public Employment Services (PES). He has a background in Social Sciences and Statistics.
