To navigate these effectively, there is a pressing need to enhance and update the skills of PES staff at all levels. Numerous initiatives are underway internationally to bolster the competencies of public employment service staff, fostering an environment of shared experiences and enhanced skills development. Objective and Framework for Cooperation Our goal is to establish a comprehensive framework for cooperation, leveraging shared strategies and tools to benefit all participants within the public employment service ecosystem. This collaborative approach aims to foster an innovative and aggregated strategy for skills development, preparing PES for future demands.
