WEBINAR, Skills Development in Public Employment Services: Sharing and Perspectives

Today’s public employment services are facing increasingly complex and diverse challenges. To meet these challenges effectively, we need to rethink and strengthen the skills of our staff at all levels.

We note that a number of initiatives aimed at enhancing the skills and sharing the experience of public employment service staff are being carried out in many countries, without any real pooling of our thoughts to date.

By sharing our strategies in this area and our tools, we want to create a broad framework for cooperation that will enable every player in the public employment service ecosystems to benefit from an aggregated and innovative approach to skills development in the future.

With this in mind, we propose that you share 2 experiences as a starting point for reflection within the WAPES network:

That of ANAPEC in Morocco, which has embarked on the Centre of Excellence project, with a presentation by Mr Charaf Eddine BOURHLEM, Head of the Partnership and Cooperation Division at ANAPEC, Project Holder for the Academy of Excellence.

The event will be conducted in English and French, but interpretation will be available in English and Spanish.
