This webinar will focus on the dynamics of the Lithuanian workforce and provide an overview of the Lithuanian labor market, the role of the public employment service and other topics. Join us in this exploration and discover how these elements influence the dynamics of employment in Lithuania in complex ways.
The event will be held in English, but interpretation will be available in Spanish and French.

Inga BALNANOSIENE
Directrice du service de l’emploi du ministère de la sécurité sociale et du travail de Lituanie
Inga Balnanosiene, born in Vilnius, Lithuania, has a distinguished career in public employment services. She is currently the Director of the Employment Service under the Ministry of Social Security and Labour, overseeing labor market services, vocational training, and upskilling initiatives. Previously, she served as an expert in an EU Twinning project in Azerbaijan, focusing on modernizing public employment services. Inga has also held leadership roles in various regional employment services in Vilnius and Kaunas, where she managed employment policies for vulnerable populations, including youth and the disabled. She holds a master’s degree in Administration and Management from Kaunas University of Technology. Fluent in five languages, Inga is recognized for her strategic planning, quality control expertise, and effective communication skills. She has contributed to numerous national and regional labor market studies and has been a national expert for Erasmus+ and other international projects. Inga has also conducted seminars and training sessions across Europe, emphasizing career counseling and labor market competencies.
